OEC Petroleum Systems is looking to hire a Service Administrator.

• Take service calls and emails from customers needing service.
• Gather all customer information relevant to their service request and input that information clearly on the work order for the technician.
• Maintain the service technician’s daily schedules and enter work order-related information into the system.
• Schedule return trips with customers when parts arrive.
• Handle incoming/outgoing processing of cores to our vendors.
• Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians.
• Maintain customer database with current information.
• Track and resolve open service tickets.
• Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers, including keeping customers up-to-date on company schedule and requested lead times.
• Minimize costs and unbillable time through the efficient utilization of resources.
• Must be able to quickly acquire a complete understanding of service operations from service tickets to the invoicing process.
