Exciting progress is underway on a new facility for Moffatt Properties. The building will provide warehouse space for Foundation Building Materials (FBM), including storage for drywall, metal studs, and other construction materials, along with office space to support daily operations. We look forward to sharing more updates as this project continues to take shape.

Our team had a wonderful morning out at the farm spending time together and enjoying a delicious lunch prepared by Harry and Wren. The beautiful weather and peaceful setting made it even better. Always great to spend time together outside of the office and away from the jobsite.

Please join us in welcoming our 2026 summer interns to CCC!
James Kakaras, a rising junior at Clemson, is returning for his third consecutive summer with CCC and will be assisting our Project Management team in the office.
Tyson Fine will be working in the field this summer before heading to his freshman year at Clemson, and Finn Duggins, a rising sophomore at The Citadel, will also be assisting in the field before heading back to school.
We’re excited to have all three on the team this summer and look forward to a great few months ahead!

Our team had a great time celebrating the official grand opening of the Spartanburg County Pet Resource Center, where those involved in the project were recognized for helping bring this important facility to life.
This has been such a meaningful project to be a part of, and we’re proud to see this resource now serving the pets and families of Spartanburg County. We look forward to sharing final photos of the facility soon!
