Donovan Construction is currently looking to fill the position of bookkeeper/office manager. Quickbooks and Microsoft Word/Excel knowledge is required. Duties performed include, but are not limited to: Secretarial duties (answering phones, taking notes, filing, organizing) weekly Payroll, Data entry, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Job Cost reports and Certified Payroll.
