Blacktop Service Company plans to start the 2026 Spencer Sealcoat Project on Tuesday and complete it on Wednesday. The locations of the project can be viewed on the map below. No parking signs will be posted today and property owners adjacent to the project will receive a notice about the project. Residents are asked to please avoid the blocks that the Contractor is working on while construction equipment is present. Access to streets will be available shortly after the cover aggregate has been placed and rolled.
