☀️ Summer heat = faster biofilm, higher oxidizer demand, tougher microbiological control.

Most programs run a biocide shock on a timer. But here's the catch: did your system actually reach the oxidizing conditions you were aiming for?

Running a feed pump for a set time doesn't guarantee it. Load changes, organic contamination, and biofilm demand can eat up oxidizer before you ever hit target.

✅ That's where ORP Set Point 2 comes in. MegaTron controllers raise the ORP setpoint during a scheduled biocide feed and keep controlling oxidizer feed until that higher target is reached and held.

The payoff? Proof — not guesswork — that your tower hit the conditions it needed.

Because when it comes to biological control, measuring the result beats timing the feed. 💧

It’s not everyday you have Jacob Lofland of Landman drive up to the farm you’re working at in the middle of nowhere! He was kind enough to talk and get a picture with our guys after a long day.
