I know...Everyone is hiring... Everyone is paying this or that...and all the good employees are taken, right?
Lets remember money is not the only factor, I personally have left high paying jobs to be a part of a great team, or to challenge myself in a new opportunity that had no "ceiling"
We at Mountain Restoration are trying to re-invent the typical contractor business model. We have great clients that we provide services to restore and protect their "Property Assets", typically concrete structures that need repair, and Interior concrete overlays, but also provide protective coatings on steel, custom steel fabrication, Graffiti Removal, pressure washing, and so on...
Our team strives to provide the highest quality service, with the best value for the investment, while finishing in a timely manner....and its working!
We are looking for a couple new team members to join us, be part of a growing construction team, and go to the top, together!
The grit of it is... it is hard at times, can be dusty/dirty, might be out of town here an there, and may take time to master the skills needed to be great. We pay a good wage, offer full benefits, Simple IRA, per diem for traveling... and who knows what else....
