WE’RE HIRING | MOUNTAIN RESTORATION & PROTECTION

We get it. Everyone is hiring. Everyone is competing on wages. And finding great employees seems harder than ever.

But here’s what we believe…

A great career is about more than just a paycheck.

It’s about being part of a team that values you, challenges you, invests in your growth, and gives you the opportunity to build something bigger.

At Mountain Restoration & Protection, we’re working to change the traditional construction business model. We believe in building a company where hard work is recognized, quality matters, and our employees have the opportunity to grow right alongside us.

WHAT DO WE DO?

We specialize in restoring, protecting, and improving our clients’ property investments through services including:

🔹 Concrete repair and restoration
🔹 Interior decorative concrete overlays
🔹 Protective coatings on steel
🔹 Custom steel fabrication
🔹 Graffiti removal
🔹 Pressure washing
🔹 And much more!

Our mission is simple: Deliver exceptional quality, provide outstanding value, and complete every project with pride and professionalism.

And it’s working! We’re growing, and we’re looking for a couple of motivated individuals to grow with us.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER:

✅ Starting wage of $25/hour (DOE)
✅ Full benefits package
✅ SIMPLE IRA retirement plan
✅ Per diem for out-of-town travel
✅ Opportunities for advancement
✅ Hands-on training and skill development
✅ A hardworking, supportive team
✅ The opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company

LET’S BE REAL ABOUT THE WORK.

Construction isn’t always easy. Some days are long. Some jobs are dusty, dirty, and physically demanding. Occasional travel may be required, and developing the skills to become great at what you do takes time, dedication, and effort.

But if you’re someone who takes pride in your work, shows up ready to learn, has a strong work ethic, and wants more than just another job, we want to meet you!

We’re not just looking to fill positions. We’re looking for people who want to build a future with us.

We believe that when you invest in the right people, everyone succeeds.

If you’re willing to invest in your future, we’re willing to invest in YOU.

MOUNTAIN RESTORATION & PROTECTION

Building a stronger team. Delivering better results. Growing together.

LET’S GET TO WORK!

MOUNTAIN RESTORATION?

We know what you’re hearing…

“Everyone is hiring.”
“Everyone says they pay well.”
“All the good employees are already taken.”

But here’s the thing: a career is about more than just an hourly wage.

Some of the best opportunities come from finding the right team, challenging yourself, learning valuable skills, and joining a company where there isn’t a ceiling on how far you can grow.

At Mountain Restoration & Protection, we’re working to redefine what it means to build a career in the construction industry.

We specialize in restoring and protecting our clients’ property assets through concrete repair and restoration, interior concrete overlays, protective coatings, custom steel fabrication, graffiti removal, pressure washing, and much more.

And we’re growing.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A FEW GREAT PEOPLE TO GROW WITH US.

We’re not going to sugarcoat the job.

Some days are hard.
Some days are dusty and dirty.
There may be occasional out-of-town work.
The skills we use take time, effort, and commitment to master.

But if you bring the work ethic, grit, integrity, and willingness to learn, we’re willing to invest in you.

What we offer:
• Starting wage of $25/hour — higher DOE
• Full benefits
• SIMPLE IRA
• Per diem for travel
• Specialized skills and hands-on training
• Opportunity for advancement
• A growing company where your effort is noticed
• A team that wants to succeed together

We aren’t looking for someone who just wants another job.

We’re looking for someone who wants an opportunity.

Someone who wants to learn a trade, become exceptional at what they do, take on more responsibility, make great money, and be part of building something bigger.

If you’re willing to make an investment in your future, we’re willing to make an investment in you.

No ceiling. No empty promises. Just opportunity, hard work, and a team ready to grow.

Let’s do it.

We are going to be racing our way into the show tonight. Been fighting some handling on the car so far this weekend, but we aren’t throwing the towel in yet. We know there’s speed in the car and we’ve got a chance at finding it before our transfer race this afternoon! Massive thank you to our sponsors and all the crew for their help so far this weekend!

I know...Everyone is hiring... Everyone is paying this or that...and all the good employees are taken, right?

Lets remember money is not the only factor, I personally have left high paying jobs to be a part of a great team, or to challenge myself in a new opportunity that had no "ceiling"

We at Mountain Restoration are trying to re-invent the typical contractor business model. We have great clients that we provide services to restore and protect their "Property Assets", typically concrete structures that need repair, and Interior concrete overlays, but also provide protective coatings on steel, custom steel fabrication, Graffiti Removal, pressure washing, and so on...

Our team strives to provide the highest quality service, with the best value for the investment, while finishing in a timely manner....and its working!

We are looking for a couple new team members to join us, be part of a growing construction team, and go to the top, together!

The grit of it is... it is hard at times, can be dusty/dirty, might be out of town here an there, and may take time to master the skills needed to be great. We pay a good wage, offer full benefits, Simple IRA, per diem for traveling... and who knows what else....

If you are willing to make an investment in your future, so are we... Lets Do it ! Call 509-863-8953 or email me to set up a time to go over what we do!

Starting wage $25 a hour full benefits- however wage is DOE
