Eljay Oil Co. Inc. We’re your Single Supply Source in the Inland NW for Chevron quality lubricants & fuels, as well a Founded in 1959 by L.J. In 1962, Spokane became our home base.

"Lee" Folkins, Eljay Oil started in the farm communities of south Spokane County and soon expanded into the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho area, serving the construction, farming, logging, and tourist businesses of Northern Kootenai County. Since the '50s, Eljay has enjoyed serving all sizes of businesses, from very small to very large, in both Washington and Idaho. Over the years, Lee Folkins has been join
