Getting closer to getting railing on. Got the upper landing decked, stair stringers cut out and decked. Next will be facia around the deck and stairs, new post for the roof and to finish it of with the railing!

So all the flooring is installed on the house flooring. Attached a drop handle for the crawl space access in the hall closet!

So this floor was a sunk living room. We framed and sheeted it to bring it up to the hallway height and tied in the new flooring. Base board will be going in next week. We’ve also got a sunroom addition starting on this hose and reflooring the customers office with the same flooring!
