We’re proud to see our owner, Justin Reed, recognized by the Spokane Home Builders Association.

His leadership, commitment to our industry, and community are a big part of what drives our team every day.

We’re excited to introduce Justin Reed, the SHBA Next: Young Professionals Council Chair and Government Affairs/PAC Committee Chair.

Justin is passionate about getting members involved, helping them find their place within the Association, and creating opportunities to grow their skills and make an impact. After serving his first year on the board in 2025, he’s looking forward to continuing that work in an area that affects everyone — housing.

Outside of work, Justin enjoys cheering on the Seahawks, Mariners, and Zags, attending concerts, and is getting married this May.

Every home has a story, and this one needed a little rescue.

The original Hardie siding on the house was cracking and warping, and the garage had a leaking metal roof with weather damaged siding. Our team stepped in to bring everything back to life.

🏡 The House Transformation
We replaced the failing siding with LP ExpertFinish in Snowscape White for a clean, modern look with exceptional durability. The finishing touch? Abyss Black trim around the windows and doors to create a crisp, eye catching contrast.

🚗 The Garage Makeover
The metal roof was beyond repair, so we installed a brand-new Pabco architectural roof and replaced the plywood underneath. We upgraded to Alside Fairfield windows, a custom Parr Lumber door, and gave the structure a full refresh with new sheathing and matching LP siding + Abyss Black trim, tying the entire property together beautifully.

The result: a cohesive, modern exterior with long lasting protection and stunning curb appeal.
