Customer service is at the heart of everything we do at EZ Loader.

We recently received a great message from a customer who wanted to recognize two members of our team for going above and beyond when they needed help most.
After their tongue tube snapped while traveling on I-70 near Indianapolis, Jeremy Pack from our North Carolina region helped connect them with the right support. Nick from our Elkhart Distribution Center then stepped up, personally driving a replacement tongue tube and hardware three hours from Elkhart to the dealership in East Indy to help get them back on track.

We also want to recognize our partners at Just Add Water Boats for their support and assistance throughout the process.

A special thank you to Jeremy and Nick for representing EZ Loader with dedication, urgency, and a true commitment to helping our customers. This is exactly what being part of the EZ Loader team is all about.

It was a great few days connecting with dealers and industry partners at the G3 Dealer Meeting in Traverse City, Michigan!

A big thank you to G3 Boats for hosting an outstanding event at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa. We enjoyed the opportunity to showcase EZ Loader, strengthen relationships, and discuss how we're continuing to support dealers with dependable trailer solutions.
