I am a Spokane native and grew up not too far from Rogers High School. After spending almost a decade in the Seattle area, Mike and I were both burnt out and ready for a change and made the move back to my hometown. I think a lot of peop
le are feeling that way and that is part of the reason we are seeing this sudden growth in our town. It's a great place to call home. It's also ridiculously gorgeous here! One of the things that makes us different is our ability to work well in fast-paced, stressful situations. This partly comes from the decade we spent working at The Boeing Company. As a Project Manager my job was to ensure that supply chain projects finished on time and any issues or problems that came up along the way were solved. Mike was an engineer, so he is very methodical and detailed. He is also fantastic at thinking outside the box. Real Estate in my opinion requires all these skills. Things can get hectic and problems do pop up in a real estate transaction so having a Realtor who is capable of mitigating those issues is important. Realtors don't just find a buyer a house or slap a listing on the MLS, they work WITH the client to solve problems and hold deals together when things enviably happen. And that is what we do, we work to get our clients to the closing table and will go the extra mile to ensure that gets done.
