Meet Rob Wulf.

As a partner at Brio Tiny Homes, Rob is proud to be part of a team that's redefining homeownership through innovative, efficient, and beautifully crafted tiny homes. With years of residential construction experience and a degree from Eastern Washington University, Rob brings a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and functional design to every project they undertake.

Beyond his professional life, he's passionate about the outdoors — whether it's hunting, fishing, or hitting the golf course. He also cherishes spending time with his family, knowing that the best moments in life are shared with those who matter most. Giving back to the community is something he deeply values, which is why he serves on the board of Elevations Children's Resource Center, supporting initiatives that make a lasting impact on children's lives.

Something homeowners always want to understand early on is how utilities get set up for an ADU.

In most cases, water and sewer are pretty straightforward, we tie into the existing lines from the main home and run them to the new unit.

Power depends on the situation. If your current electrical panel has the capacity, we can pull from that. If not, we’ll bring in a new service, like we did on this project, where the power line was close enough to make that the better option.

Every property is a little different, but there’s always a path forward.

Our CDA ADU build is moving along. Roof sheathing is going on today, and we expect to wrap up framing by the end of this week. From there, we'll move right into roofing and siding to get the structure fully dried in, with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins to follow.
