For this South Hill project, the city required a concrete walkway connecting the ADU to the driveway or sidewalk, along with a four-foot covered overhang above the entrance.

Meet JC, one of the owners behind Brio Tiny Homes.

JC’s been in the construction world for over a decade, starting with a degree in Construction Management from Eastern Washington University and spending 10 years managing large-scale builds in Coeur d’Alene.

Today, he brings that experience into Brio, focused on building ADUs that are durable, functional, and designed around how people actually live.

When he’s not building, you’ll find him outdoors with his family, fishing, hunting, camping, or on the golf course.
