We’ve officially broken ground on ATC Manufacturing’s expansion in Post Falls!

This 57,635-square-foot addition will expand ATC’s capacity to produce advanced thermoplastic composite structures for commercial and defense aerospace programs while creating new jobs in the region.

We’re proud to serve as the general contractor alongside Bernardo Wills and help bring ATC’s continued growth to life.

A special shoutout to our Baker team leading the project: Ron Kennedy, Superintendent; Brett Mathews, Project Manager; and Lucas Holmquist, Project Executive.

Congratulations to ATC Manufacturing and everyone helping make this exciting expansion possible. We can’t wait to watch it take shape!

Another exciting project is officially underway! 🚧

We recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Spokane City Credit Union (SCCU)’s new Annex on North Monroe. After 92 years of serving the Spokane community, SCCU continues to grow — and we’re proud to help build the next chapter of their campus.

The new Annex will provide additional space for the SCCU team while supporting their continued investment in their members and the North Monroe neighborhood.

A big shoutout to our Baker team — Terry Battermann, Brett Mathews, Sam Matheson, and Lucas Holmquist — and our partners at MMEC Architecture & Interiors for helping bring this project to life.
