We’re hiring at Alternative Maintenance Solutions!
AMS is looking for a full-time Office and Employee Relations Coordinator to join our team in Spring Creek, Nevada. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping keep both employees and day-to-day operations on track.
This position will support a variety of responsibilities, including bi-weekly payroll, HR administration, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, office coordination, and employee records.
We’d especially love to hear from candidates with experience in HR, payroll, employee relations, or office administration. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Pay: Based on experience
Location: Spring Creek, Nevada

AMS is hiring experienced Millwrights!
We’re looking for skilled professionals with 5–10 years of true Millwright experience who are ready to bring their knowledge and experience to industrial and mining projects.
Qualified candidates should have hands-on experience with pumps, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, alignment, mechanical assemblies, fabrication, rigging, equipment installation, field repairs and preventive maintenance.
A current MSHA and certified welding experience are required.
Pay: $35–$50/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Benefits include health insurance, PTO and more.
This position is specifically for experienced Millwrights. We are looking for candidates who can step into the role with the skills and background needed to perform this work safely and professionally.
