Customer stated that the wooden posts only lasted a 3-4 years and wanted the metal posts installed so he wouldn’t ever have to worry about it again.

The small wheels cleaned up really nice and looked like brand new metal ready to be coated. Rust and paint totally gone....

One of the small jobs from the week. Cut and prep 1/2” & 3/4” plates then weld it all in. Even though we got started early in the morning it was still around 110 degrees up near the ceiling. Stay hydrated my friends.

This is a fairly new Kubota tractor with broken brackets on the front end loader. The pieces are made from 5/8” thick steel and failed at the weld. I put it back to original position and welded using 3 passes all the way around then installed 1/2” steel gussets to add more strength to it.
Now on to the next project.

Removed 2 horizontal pieces of I-beam and welded a 12’ vertical C-channel in place to allow for an entry way door to be installed. Then welded approximately 40 stabilizer pads in place so the concrete could be poured.
