This combination mudroom and laundry room in Fort Washington also served as the family's everyday entrance, but it was far too small for the size of the home and the needs of a busy household.

A one-story addition gave them the space to create a welcoming, organized entry with dedicated storage for backpacks, lunchboxes, coats, shoes, and all the gear that comes with growing kids and their ever-changing activities!
