That basically means we powder coat in batches for the general public and our process is completely manual, no automated equipment. Powder coating is an advanced method of applying a decorative and protective finish to any metal parts that are used by both industries and private consumers.Powder coatings produce an attractive finish that offers excellent resistance to corrosion, heat, impact, abra
sion, fading from sunlight, and extreme weather. Color selection is virtually unlimited with high and low gloss levels, metallics and even clear finishes available. Texture selection ranges from smooth surfaces to wrinkled or rough textures designed for hiding surface imperfections while enhancing the parts appearance. The automotive industry uses powder coating on wheels, bumpers, hubcaps, door handles, decorative trim and accent parts, truck beds, frames, suspension parts, filters and numerous engine parts. Powder coatings can also be used as primer surfacing and an anti-chip coating on hoods and body panels. We have been powder coating since 1999. Our 20' oven can handle any motorcycle part and practically any car or truck part including frames and race car chassis. The architectural and building market powder coats aluminum extrusions used on frames for windows, doors and modular furniture. Many highway and building projects use powder coating on light poles, guard rails, signs, posts and fencing. We also have a fully furnished 1,200 square foot indoor blast facility! We will gladly blast your parts even if they won't be powder coated so prepwork on your various projects will be quick and thorough. We use a fine grit aluminum oxide (abrasive) or baking soda (non-abrasive) depending on job requirements.
