Falcon Tool and Die, a leading provider of precision metal stamping and tooling solutions based in Spring Lake, Michigan, is currently seeking a skilled first shift Tool and Die Maker to join our team.
As a Tool and Die Maker at Falcon Tool and Die, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing precision tooling, and dies used in manufacturing processes. This includes interpreting technical drawings and blueprints, operating various machines and hand tools, and working with a variety of materials.
The ideal candidate for this position will have:
At least 2 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker
Knowledge in manual machining, grinding, and EDM processes
Knowledge of die design and construction
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
