Nexo Solutions Nexo Solutions, a Process Effieincy Solutions and Speciallized Enginering Company EMTEC never incorporated and only operated in a consulting basis.

Initially created as a concept company named EMTEC, it was first envisioned in 1994 while developing new process optimization solutions for environmental impact reduction in liquid waste streams. Members of EMTEC were later co-founders in the biotechnology initiative called Biotecnologica. In 2003 the name was changed to Organica Corporation and focused on technology development and consulting for

the process industry. The company was finally established in 2008 under the current name Nexo Solutions and incorporated in early 2010 with the objective of providing independent technical support, technology innovation for the water & process industry, and engineering solutions. Since then Nexo Solutions has grown to a worldwide company with regional offices in South America and Europe and many projects in a number of different areas throughout the globe.
