Today, the D&F family gathered for the 2026 Arkansas Company Picnic, bringing together employees and their families for a day filled with fun, laughter, and friendly competition. Between exceptional food, games and prizes, and our annual co****le tournament, there was something for everyone to enjoy.

While our road crews spend weekends helping customers keep operations moving, they also dedicate time during the week to participate in additional safety training to sharpen their skills, evaluate their learning success through online exams, and stay prepared for whatever the job requires.

Recently, members of D&F's Safety Response Team completed AHA Heartsaver First Aid, CPR, and AED training conducted by DeKalb Ambulance Service in Alabama. Participants included Service & Installation Leads, Project Managers, Shop Supervisors, Safety Committee members, and an HR Manager.

This team is spread throughout our facilities and supports our Service & Installation crews, helping ensure trained individuals are prepared to respond in the event of an accident or medical emergency. From CPR and AED use to treating burns, bleeding, fractures, and other injuries, this training equips our team to provide critical first aid while emergency medical services are on the way.

Whatever it Takes extends far beyond the equipment we manufacture.
