we tore out the old floor because the toilet cracked and had leaked water all over the flooring obviously ruining it. we inspected the subfloor to find a little bit of mold which isn't that big of an issue and cleaned it up and put this beautiful new shaw floor in.

here they are as promised the finished product. just incase your wondering about the tape, it's used to hold the stair nose in place until the glue dries.

this was a repair on the rafters which were broken due to a tree falling on the house, we didnt do the roof or decking repair here unfortunately.
