When industry and education come together, the whole community wins.
Coworkers from Paul Mueller Company recently visited Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) to equip the next generation of welders with the tools they need to succeed. One hundred incoming students received a complete welder supply kit—including a professional helmet and essential gear—valued at $300.
"The gift of these required class supplies helps eliminate financial barriers for incoming talent." — Landon Vinson, Department Chair of Manufacturing at OTC
To make the delivery even more special, students received custom helmet stickers designed by one of OTC’s very own graduates, Svetlana Rupert, now a Graphic Designer at Paul Mueller Company!
We are deeply grateful to Dr. Hudson, Executive Dean of Career, Technical and Community Development, for welcoming our team—Scotty Cline, Casey Petzoldt, Melissa McCormick, Darrell Fisher, Maxwell Boivin, Kenyon Gerbrandt, and Kellie Jayne Vaughn—and for OTC’s continued partnership.
"Hands-on trade education is vital to our local economy and manufacturing sector. We are proud to support these dedicated students as they build practical skills that lead to rewarding, high-paying careers."
— Jeffrey Phillips, Chief Operations Officer at Paul Mueller Company
