Legislative Update: Every state and territory in the U.S. https://hubs.la/Q02f1VKn0 has now submitted their initial plans for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program, a $42.5 billion initiative aimed at closing the digital divide. These proposals are currently under review by the NTIA. States like Louisiana, Virginia, and Kansas are leading the way, having already received approval for their plans and making significant strides for new broadband infrastructure development with BEAD funding.
