On a busy jobsite, waiting your turn is not always an option.

We like getting primer on the walls early, while framing, electrical, mechanical and the other trades are still working around us.

It takes coordination, flexibility and a crew that understands the bigger picture. The GC has a schedule to keep, and our goal is to make sure painting never becomes the reason it falls behind.

Everyone has their own scope, but we are all working toward the same thing.

Before Thesis had jobsites like the ones we work on today, it had a basement.

Petros remembers riding to jobs with his dad, sweeping floors for no pay, and watching his parents build the company out of their townhome.

More than 30 years later, a lot has changed.

But the humility, work ethic, and appreciation for where it all started haven’t.
Petros didn’t just grow up around Thesis.

He grew up with it.

Nothing like having the whole peanut gallery watching while you get mic’d up. 😂

Petros was getting plenty of commentary from the sidelines while he got ready to film.

Everyone was having a good time… right up until we told them they were next.

Suddenly everyone had work to do. 😂
