Investing in our people is the bedrock of what we do. After all, people don’t leave companies; they leave leaders, which is why we're focused on forming a healthy culture centered around listening, feedback, and growth.

We’re grateful for our continued partnership with People Centric Consulting Group, whose training and guidance have helped equip our associates and strengthen our focus on “radical clarity.”

The 24 Club recognizes associates who reflect HOLLOWAY's core values of TRUST, QUALITY, SERVICE, and COMMITMENT. We are proud to recognize Ronnie Martin and Ian Gamble as our April 24 Club honorees, two individuals whose names have stood out for their dependability, excellence, and willingness to go above and beyond.

𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻
It’s no surprise that Ronnie Martin is being recognized as a 24 Club honoree, as his name has come up more than once among leaders. Ronnie is one of those behind-the-scenes associates who keeps HOLLOWAY moving in ways many may never fully see.

Whether he is running a pickup, helping with events, checking loads, or hauling a tank, Ronnie approaches his work with excellence. He has become someone teammates and leaders count on, not just to get the job done, but to get it done with care. His dependability reflects TRUST, and the pride he takes in even the behind-the-scenes tasks reflects a strong commitment to QUALITY.

Ronnie also embodies SERVICE through the way he steps in wherever he is needed. From company events to day-to-day operations, he is willing to roll up his sleeves and help make things happen. His conscientiousness, humor, and steady work ethic have made him an invaluable part of the HOLLOWAY team.

Ronnie, thank you for the many ways you support our people, our customers, and our company. Your willingness to serve, your attention to detail, and your commitment to doing things well make this recognition more than deserved.

𝗜𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲
Ian Gamble was recommended by a member of the Sales team, who shared what a joy Ian is to work with and how consistently he navigates tasks with excellence and a can-do attitude. That kind of interdepartmental praise says a lot, especially in a role that requires both technical skill and communication.

Ian came to HOLLOWAY with very little knowledge of tanks and vessels during a season of change and transition. Instead of being discouraged, he leaned in. He asked good questions, stayed eager to learn, and took ownership of the projects placed in front of him, even when they were unfamiliar or difficult. His willingness to take on challenges and keep growing reflects true COMMITMENT.

Ian also demonstrates QUALITY and SERVICE through the way he supports his team and works through the details. Whether he is helping Sales, supporting Engineering, or tackling a complex project, Ian approaches the work with focus and humility.

Ian, thank you for bringing your steady excellence to HOLLOWAY. Your growth, initiative, and willingness to serve across departments are making a real impact.

Congratulations, Ronnie and Ian, on your well-deserved recognition as 24 Club honorees! We are incredibly grateful for the difference you both continue to make at HOLLOWAY AMERICA.

Last week, we had the honor of hosting the GEARS cohort, an exciting leadership program facilitated by Leadership Springfield in partnership with the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, The Network, and Springfield’s Manufacturing Leadership Council.

GEARS is designed specifically to develop emerging leaders in manufacturing by equipping them with practical, relational, and leadership skills.

We were proud to welcome the group to HOLLOWAY, where our CEO, Randy Colwell, kicked off the session. Randy shared an inspiring message on the importance of strong communication, radical clarity, and building relationships, setting the tone for a great day of learning.

During the session, Missouri State University's Director of Human Resources, Scot Scobee, and Amprod, LLC's Director of People Services, Mary Ling, participated in a panel discussion, facilitated by Leadership Springfield’s Executive Director Carrie Richardson, on healthy communication in leadership, sharing practical insights and real-world perspectives. Scot also led a conflict resolution exercise, giving participants the opportunity to apply those concepts in a hands-on way. The class concluded with a tour of HOLLOWAY’s facilities.

We’re especially proud to have a few of our own associates participating in this inaugural cohort, with more planned for future sessions. Investing in programs like GEARS is one of the ways we continue to support the growth of strong leaders, both within our organization and across the manufacturing community.

Thank you to everyone involved in bringing this program to life and for allowing us to be part of such an impactful initiative! And thank you to Alexandra Dool and Emily Brown for making the day a success.
