The 24 Club recognizes associates who reflect HOLLOWAY’s core values of TRUST, QUALITY, SERVICE, and COMMITMENT. This round of nominations brought one of the longest lists we’ve seen in quite some time, and both Josh Colgan and Tim Housley received multiple nominations, many from associates outside their own departments, which speaks volumes about the impact they are making across HOLLOWAY.

We are proud to recognize Josh and Tim as our newest 24 Club honorees, two associates who have been described as “one of a kind” and part of “what makes this place go.”

𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗴𝗮𝗻
Over nearly seven years at HOLLOWAY, Josh Colgan has grown from a helper into a trusted leader in Warehouse and Receiving. When the time came to fill some very big shoes in the department, the confidence in Josh was clear: “He’s more than capable of doing this.” Since then, Josh has not only stepped into the responsibility, he has made the role his own. His supervisors and teammates know that when they call on Josh, he will take care of business, and they can safely leave processes in his hands. This dependability reflects the TRUST he has earned throughout the company over the years.
Josh leads with a willingness to help and a genuine SERVICE mindset. He manages the shipping team with excellence and continues to grow in the way he communicates and leads. But some of the strongest comments shared about Josh had nothing to do with parts, shipments, or Receiving. Leadership spoke about the way he shows up for people outside of work, often putting his own time aside to support someone going through a difficult season. He is consistently looking out for others before himself and embodying a servant’s mindset with a quiet humility that never asks for attention. This care exemplified by Josh gets to the heart of what our core values are meant to represent.
Josh’s growth as a leader, his commitment to his work, and the way he takes care of the people around him have been noticed time and time again. In fact, his name has come up for this recognition repeatedly over the last several years. Josh, thank you for your QUALITY, COMMITMENT, and the countless ways you serve this team. Watching you grow into your leadership abilities has been incredible, and this recognition is incredibly well deserved.

𝗧𝗶𝗺 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘆
Tim Housley stepped into an important leadership role in Machining at a time when there was real concern about losing years of knowledge and experience from the department. Instead, as one leader put it, “We haven’t missed a beat.” Tim has become someone his supervisors lean on heavily, bringing experience, straight answers, and steady leadership to the floor while helping create a department that is both more productive and enjoyable to work in.
One of Tim’s greatest strengths is the way he leads by teaching. He has patiently invested in younger machinists, particularly Matt and Jake, helping them develop both their technical abilities and the work habits HOLLOWAY looks for. Their growth has been described as a reflection of Tim’s mentorship and leadership. Perhaps even more telling, while associates from several different departments were nominating Tim for the 24 Club, Tim was busy nominating the people he was training. That willingness to recognize and develop others demonstrates both SERVICE and COMMITMENT.
Tim has also built TRUST far beyond Machining. Maintenance appreciates his straightforward communication and ability to work through problems without unnecessary friction, and teammates across departments consistently describe him as approachable and easy to work with. Under his leadership, morale has risen, efficiency has improved, and the department has become a place people are excited to see grow. Tim, thank you for the QUALITY you bring to your work, the patience you bring to developing others, and the leadership you bring to HOLLOWAY every day. We are proud of what you have already built and excited to see where you lead the team next.

On today’s edition of , meet the unseen force behind our excellence: the Quality Assurance team.

From MTRs to FATs and every checkpoint before our vessels go out the door, our QA team works to make sure every product meets the specifications and quality standards our customers have counted on for decades.

Material traceability, surface finishes, vessel testing - for this team, even the smallest details are a big deal. They work tirelessly with our customers, project managers, and sales team to make sure every FAT runs smoothly.

When the HOLLOWAY name goes on a tank, our reputation goes with it, and we're committed to giving our customers confidence in every vessel we build.

We came. We saw. We conquered... and stayed ALL day at the park to make it to the Diamond Rio concert. Safe to say we think the team made the most of our time at Silver Dollar City!

Cheers to another year at SDC for our Holloway Family Day! Any chance to bring our families together is priceless to us. We're grateful for everyone who made this day a success and every teammate who showed up ready to have a blast.

A little late coming off the production line (we've been busy, okay?!)... We're so excited to announce that this year, Holloway America ranked in the top 5 in the Large Employers category of Biz 417’s Best Places to Work, up from #10 last year! To top it off, we can't believe we are the only manufacturing company on the list!

This recognition is a reflection of the people behind Holloway. A HUGE thank you to our Holloway associates who move this company forward every day and make it truly a fantastic place to be. We've worked hard over the last several years to listen to our people, strengthen communication as we grow, and steward a service mindset and culture of excellence.
