A quality wire assembly starts with a quality strip.

Wire stripping is an important first step in creating a quality connection for any assembly. Before a wire can be crimped or terminated, the insulation must be carefully removed without damaging the conductor.

A proper strip should:
🔹 Remove the correct amount of insulation
🔹 Leave the conductor strands undamaged
🔹 Keep the wire clean and ready for termination
🔹 Provide the proper length for the terminal or connector
