While building ladders for the tank line, Christina (Iowa Supports) identified that the parts she had received were not within specification, stopped working, and notified the Quality department to determine the appropriate next steps. Her attention to detail and willingness to escalate the issue helped prevent potential problems with future ladder assemblies, as it was subsequently discovered that all of the parts in the batch were out of specification.

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our coworker, Caleb Blair, on June 14, 2026.

Caleb joined Paul Mueller Company as a Craftsman in Dairy Farm Equipment at our Springfield location on February 1, 2021. He was a valued member of our team, and his contributions, dedication, and presence will be greatly missed.

Our thoughts and condolences are with Caleb’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of working alongside him during this difficult time.

On the last day of the month, nearing the end of the day, a carrier did not pick up a late PHE shipment as planned. Bobbie (Warehouse) promptly rescheduled the order for shipment and stayed after hours until it was picked up. Bobbie’s initiative ensured the shipment went out with limited delay and shows her commitment to Creating Quality for Life for our customers.

The images will become a permanent reminder of the craftsmanship that defines who we are and the quality our customers depend on.

20 years at a company is a milestone. 40, 45, and 50 years are a legacy.

Last week, Paul Mueller Company celebrated the coworkers whose dedication, craftsmanship, and commitment have helped build our company for decades.

Imagine doing business with a company that represents hundreds of years of experience, knowledge, and service, and that also runs an active apprenticeship program for high schoolers. The combination is unbeatable!

Our “Legends” contributions have helped shape our culture, strengthen our capabilities, and support generations of coworkers who follow in their footsteps.
