Paul Mueller Company Employees

Paul Mueller Company Employees This page is for all domestic & international Paul Mueller Company Employees to get news about events, operational information and our employee community.

In 1940, Paul Mueller and his partner Gordon Mann opened Mann and Mueller Heating and Sheet Metal Works. Their first employee was Joe White, who eventually became our Executive Vice President. In 1943, Paul bought Gordon Mann's share of the business after Mr. Mann became ill, and the name of the business was changed to Paul Mueller Company. 1944 marked our first venture into the food processing bu

siness. We made chicken pluckers, scalders, and eviscerating equipment for a super salesman named Kent Tomlinson. We were incorporated in Missouri in 1946, and that same year we began manufacturing dairy processing equipment for the first time: cheese vats, culture tanks, and cheese presses.

Our coworker, Bill Hewitt, EHS Manager, recently took the stage as this month's SPN Group (Safety Professional Networking Group) speaker to share how artificial intelligence and safety can work together.

Bill will be presenting on this topic at the Missouri Association of Manufacturers conference this fall.

Huge shoutout to our dedicated safety coworkers representing Paul Mueller Company: Jessica Presley, Bill Hewett, Leslie Tuter, Lisa Cardone, and Brandon Pottenger. Thank you for driving innovation and keeping safety at the forefront of everything we do.

While building and testing condensing units, Kara (Condensing Unit Line) noticed that the data plates contained incorrect information. Kara’s observation and attention to detail ensured that the data plates were corrected before the condensing units were shipped and that they would not be damaged during use.
