Breaking ground on another custom home.

Before concrete is poured or walls go up, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes that sets the tone for the entire project. Today we’re walking through some of the critical early phases — staking the property, locating utilities, shooting grades, and preparing the site the right way from day one.

A solid foundation starts long before the foundation is poured.

We’ll be documenting this project from start to finish so you can follow along and see what really goes into building a quality custom home. Stay tuned for updates throughout the build process.

A big day for a very special project as we officially break ground on their custom home in Springfield.

We’re incredibly grateful to them for trusting us with the opportunity to bring their vision to life. Designing and building a truly custom home is a deeply personal process, and it’s an honor to be chosen to guide that journey from the very beginning.

This home will not only be beautiful and timeless, but one that will be enjoyed for generations to come. We can’t wait to share the progress along the way!

This Earth Day, we’re reminded that every choice we make in building and remodeling has an impact on our environment.

For local recycling resources, the City of Springfield Environmental Services website (https://www.springfieldmo.gov/recycling) is a great place to find drop-off locations and guidelines for our community.

We also encourage supporting Habitat for Humanity (https://habitatspringfieldmo.org/restore/donate/), which accepts donations of usable building materials and helps keep them out of the landfill while supporting local families in need.

Together, small steps add up to a cleaner, more sustainable future.
