Our survey team was out at Ollie Court today conducting an ALTA survey for Homes for Good.

Branch Engineering has supported the project with multiple surveys, and it’s great to see this housing development open and serving the community.

We appreciate the opportunity to be part of projects like this that help provide housing throughout our area.

Downtown Cottage Grove is looking great, and we were glad to have a small part in helping it come together.

The Main Street Revitalization project brought updated sidewalks, concrete work, streetscape improvements, and a refreshed feel to the heart of downtown.

Branch Engineering supported the project with surveying and civil/structural engineering services, and we enjoyed working with the City of Cottage Grove, Wildish Construction, Dougherty Landscape Architects, RiverBend Materials, and the rest of the project team.

The project was recently recognized with an Excellence in Concrete Award at the OCAPA banquet, which is a well-earned recognition for everyone who helped bring these improvements to life.

Branch Engineering supported the City of Coburg’s municipal water expansion project.

Our team designed a bore crossing under I-5 to extend water service to the east side of the freeway without impacting traffic. A 24" steel casing was installed beneath the interstate, with a 12" PVC water main placed inside.

Photos show the boring operation from the launch pit and installation of the waterline.

Hard to beat an Oregon spring day in the field.

Our survey team recently wrapped up field work for an ALTA survey, with a little rain, some sunshine, and Oregon’s spring greenery on full display.

Branch Engineering is proud to provide ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys as part of our professional surveying services, helping support property transactions, development, and due diligence efforts throughout the region.

Great to see the Tyson Park improvements moving ahead.

Branch Engineering provided civil and survey services for this project in partnership with Willamalane Park and Recreation District. Looking forward to seeing construction get underway later this year.

Branch Engineering is partnering with the Long Tom Watershed Council on an exciting habitat rehabilitation project at Hileman County Park! The project will replace three outdated culverts that currently limit fish and wildlife movement, improving aquatic species passage. We’ll also be adding large wood structures in side channels to create healthier, more diverse habitats for fish and other aquatic life.
This work will help restore natural stream function and support a more resilient watershed for years to come.
