North Texas Welding and Fabrication, LLC is looking for a high-performing salesperson who knows how to build relationships, follow up, and CLOSE DEALS.
We’re growing quickly and need someone who can meet with customers, evaluate projects, prepare estimates, present options, and turn qualified leads into signed jobs.
We sell pipe fencing, custom gates, welding/fabrication, concrete, metal buildings, land services, and other construction projects throughout Parker County and surrounding North Texas areas.
We’re looking for someone who is: ✅ Confident talking with homeowners, ranch owners & commercial customers
✅ Motivated by sales and earning potential
✅ Organized and aggressive with follow-up
✅ Comfortable visiting jobsites and taking measurements
✅ Able to learn construction estimating and pricing
✅ Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
✅ Most importantly — knows how to ask for the sale and close
Construction, fencing, welding, estimating, or outside-sales experience is a major plus, but we’re willing to talk to the right person with a proven sales mentality.
