We have CNC Machining, Assembly, and material handling opportunities and offer room for growth in a fast-paced work environment. Our hourly pay rates range from $16.50 per hour to $25.00 per hour depending up

on the position. Winsmith is uniquely positioned within the gearbox industry. Customer service is important to us and gearbox production is treated with the same attention to quality, service, and on-time delivery regardless of the order size.

Springville, NY – This week Winsmith celebrates 100 years in Springville, New York. Winsmith, founded in 1901 by Winfield H. Smith in Buffalo , moved its operations to Springville in 1924, bringing a dedicated team of 15 employees. Known locally as "Pulley Works" at the time, Winsmith quickly became a vital part of the community. Over the years, the company has grown significantly and now employs 72 skilled workers in Springville.

At Winsmith, the focus is on more than just gears and machines; it’s about the people who make them. The company prides itself on its exceptional team of engineers, technicians and experts who are the heart of Winsmith.
