Winsmith designs, manufactures, and markets worm, planetary, differential planetary, planocentric, epicyclical, and helical gearing technologies for a wide range of markets and applications. We have CNC Machining, Assembly, and material handling opportunities and offer room for growth in a fast-paced work environment. Our hourly pay rates range from $16.50 per hour to $25.00 per hour depending upon the position. Winsmith is uniquely positioned within the gearbox industry. Customer service is important to us and gearbox production is treated with the same attention to quality, service, and on-time delivery regardless of the order size.
