This built-in library at our White House Farm Lane project is officially done, and it's exactly the kind of space that makes a house feel like home. 🏠 💕

What was once a nursery just off the primary bedroom has been thoughtfully transformed into a custom home library designed for the way this family lives today.

Custom shelving built to fit the room perfectly, with a finish selected to complement the rest of the home. The floors were also stained to match the rest of the house, creating a seamless transition between spaces. It's proof that built-ins can completely redefine a space when they’re designed with purpose.

The wait is over.

From custom cabinetry handcrafted in our own shop to the thoughtful details throughout the design, every element of this kitchen was created to be as functional as it is beautiful.

Inspired by 1930s antique furniture, the cabinetry features inset framing, beaded inset drawers, and a rich Alder finish with Harvest Gold stain. Inside, every inch was designed with purpose, including a pull-up mixer shelf, custom spice inserts, pull-out shelves, and even a rolling library ladder for easy access.

But the real show stopper? The baking station.

Nestled within a uniquely angled bay window that steps down on both sides, this space demanded more than a standard cabinet solution. An off-the-shelf cabinet line would have required bulky filler pieces to make the geometry work. Because we build in-house, we designed and fabricated a seamless station that fits the space beautifully without compromise.

Meet Caden!

He joined us this past spring as a laborer, eager to learn the trades from the ground up, and he's spent his first months doing exactly that. He was drawn to Rosewood for the chance to work alongside a team that takes craftsmanship seriously. 💪

Off the clock, Caden enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. 🏌️🎣 He's also got a soft spot for old country music and a record collection to match! 🎶
