Two more S.C.S bathrooms revived with partial renovations to each of them. The upstairs tub bathroom we installed new tile in the shower, Coretec Vinyl plank flooring over the existing tile & installed a new threshold to match. water fixtures & completed with a fresh paint job.
The lower main bathroom we converted the tub to a shower, installed new fixtures, tile, frameless shower door & a fresh coat of paint.

Partial bathroom remodel. The customer wanted a easier solution to upgrade the bathroom but not gut the whole bathroom. So we came up with cutting out the old tub & tile and converted it to a shower. Used Eco prime on the old floor tile & installed new tile over it & installed a new threshold. Upgraded the vanity, toilet, tile & frameless shower door.

After & before pictures of this powder room. We we installed a Crawford with LED lighting in it. fabricated a bump out behind the toilet for our floating shelf install & slab of quartz that was installed. Installed Wellborn Cabinet, Inc. Oak cabinet topped it with a 2" quartz build up & ledge.
