I just wanted to thank everyone who has worked with us and supported my business over the last 10 years.
It has been an incredible journey, but it is time for a new direction.
As of 12/1/2025, Lake State Building will be permanently closed.

“Details create the big picture”-

A multitude of factors contribute to the renovation process. Typically, the final product or “big picture” receives the most attention, and rightfully so, as it is impressive. The picture below showcases the significance of details in this process. Our client had specified a darker blue grout, which ultimately produced a remarkable outcome that aligned with her original vision. In the days following the completion of her bathroom, she conveyed her appreciation for our attention to detail, particularly in ensuring the caulk matched the surrounding aesthetic, rather than defaulting to a standard white. This deliberate focus on detail generates a profound impact.
