The team offered some much-needed assistance to a veteran family to assist in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian. While outside the scope of the work we generally perform, this fallen tree was no match for our partners at Lifeline Construction Inc. 🏡 We are delighted to showcase a virtual tour of our latest project, a charming single-family home in Clay County, FL. This endeavor was made possible through a partnership between Lifeline Construction Inc., Operation Lifeline Inc., and the Clay County Housing Finance Authority, all dedicated to increasing affordable housing availability.

We're especially proud of this home as it represents a return to providing accessible “starter homes,” a crucial need in today’s market where such options are dwindling. This beautiful home has now been purchased by a young couple starting their life together, making their dream of homeownership a reality.

Heartfelt thanks to Marc Jernigan and Diane Cook from Latitude 30 Reality, whose expertise and friendship were invaluable in this project.

Personally, I don’t know anyone who likes these wire shelves, and our team loves replacing them with custom wood shelving. These fantastic clients not only gained some extra space under their bottom shelf for bulky items, but they also received an additional upper shelf for longer-term storage.

Our latest clients were a frustrated with the lack of built-in options offered by their builder. We were able to design and install a bookcase with customizable LED lighting and a separate storage cabinet under a TV using reclaimed wood.

Our innovative customers had a 20-foot open wall and a great idea of how to make the most of the space. We developed a schematic from their concept, made some tweaks to ensure the clients were getting everything they wanted, then we went to work building this extraordinary unit.
