To achieve this ranking we had 147% revenue growth over the last 3 years. Thanks to our employees, our vendors, and especially our customers in supporting our growth. We couldn't do it without you and appreciate each and everyone of you!

We are excited to announce that Artisan was recently featured by Construction Tech Review as a top project management services company.

In this article, the announcement was made that our sister company, Stryker Construction, is in the midst of merging with Artisan Contracting to form Artisan. This consolidation of companies will strengthen our business by increasing our employee headcount significantly, expanding geographical reach, expanding markets served, and increasing our service offerings to our clients.

The decision to merge companies was tough as Stryker Construction was the owners first startup company. However, Artisan has been in business for 30+ years and has a superior reputation in the market, which made the decision a no-brainer in the end.

We are looking forward to this next chapter building Artisan into an even more amazing company!

Great weather, great food, great entertainment & great people for Stryker Construction's annual shrimp boil.

There was food, music, dancing, singing, throwing bags, & just plain fun. It was just an overall perfect day to kick back, take a breather, and just enjoy a break from the past and upcoming busy days.

Ongoing professionalism with clients, employees and vendors is essential. The candidate must be flexible enough to handle a multitude of projects while being persistent and organized with proven processes and implementing new ones. Our ideal candidate will possess qualities such as a commitment to excellence, unwavering integrity, a results-oriented mindset, and a self-disciplined focus.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Work with clients to understand scope and vision of job
• Ability to prepare and submit projects to clients
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and field staff
• Lead, direct, and coordinate the day-to-day management and construction activities of assigned jobs

Qualifications:
• 5-7 years in construction industry with estimating/project manager experience
• Tenant Improvement experience
• Ground Up experience is a plus

Hours are full-time (usually M-F, 7:00 – 3:30 pm)

Project Update: Healthcare Services Company renovating and expanding office space.

Stryker Construction is strategically maneuvering and making great progress on an occupied office renovation for a Healthcare Services Company.

Most of the demo phases are complete and making headway on building/remodeling to meet project deadlines. Planning, consistent/clear communication, and relationships are key to any successful construction project, but especially when they are occupied. It's not just about making customers smile at the end results, but happy throughout the whole build.
