Precision, planning, and teamwork were on full display at Barnes-Jewish Hospital as our crew completed the rigging and relocation of four MRI units.

The project included the removal of multiple 1.5T and 3.0T MRI systems weighing between 8,800 and 26,500 pounds. Working in an active healthcare environment requires careful coordination and attention to detail, and our team was proud to safely execute each move.

📍 Community Health Network in Westfield, Indiana

Ben Hur is proud to be part of the new 9-story bed tower project for Community Health Network. The project features 2,200 tons of structural steel and 85 pieces of architectural precast.

Our Indianapolis team’s work on the project includes structural steel er****on, precast er****on, retrofit/reinforcement of existing buildings, and miscellaneous metals.

We’re excited to continue making progress on this impactful healthcare project alongside our project partners!

Construction Safety Week 2026 🦺

Throughout the week, Ben Hur employees attended CPR, First Aid, and AED training sessions led by Respond Right EMS Academy and a fire safety demonstration presented by the Mehlville Fire Protection District. Our field teams participated in safety lunches and toolbox talks across our jobsites to reinforce the importance of staying alert, informed, and proactive.

Taking the time to refresh our knowledge and have important conversations always makes an impact. Thank you to both organizations for partnering with us during Construction Safety Week and providing valuable training and demonstrations for our employees.

Everyone plays a role in maintaining a safe workplace, and our goal is to make sure everyone goes home safely every day. If you see something, say something.

Our team recently completed a project at US Silica focused on enhancing the performance and reliability of a key bucket elevator system. The work included removing and replacing a 40" wide belt, completing bearing replacements, aligning the belt for optimal operation, and fabricating and replacing sections of the material housing.

This project is a great example of how detailed maintenance and skilled ex*****on can extend equipment life and improve overall efficiency. Strong work by the crew in delivering a safe, high-quality result and supporting our customer’s ongoing operations.
