Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for managing construction sites, ensuring construction safety, organizing project tasks, budgeting, and overseeing project management. Strong communication and organizational skills are required along with basic computer knowledge and record keeping. Honesty and integrity must be a natural instinct to fit in at K&S Associates.

Qualifications

*Applicant must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the commercial General Contracting Market
*Construction Site Management, Construction Safety, and Project Management skills
*Strong organization and budgeting skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
