The nearly 30 year old Weigh Tronix truck scale was still doing its job when we took it out and replaced it with a brand new 70’ x 11’. We provided a full turn key set up, including all the site work, grading, and concrete foundation. Hannah and her team were as good to work with as you can ask for. Have a BIG truck that needs to be weighed? We can provide a scale for it. Our company partnered with Cardinal/Detecto Scale to build this massive 50’ x 12’ Yukon truck scale which will be used to weigh these heavy articulating trucks.

We took advantage of some unusually warm late December weather to install a 70’ x 10’ Cardinal truck scale at a local chemical supplier. The project came with some obstacles like the canopy above, but after a ton of concrete work and with the help of our friends at HWP Rigging we were able to get this one set and weighing in one day.

Its starting to get a little chilly here in St Louis! We had to bust out the jackets this morning after seeing the first sub 40 temps we have had in a while. Late fall is a great time to clean and inspect your truck scale before the real winter weather hits.

It is always nice when a larger project goes according to plan. One of our great customers needed some help maintaining product volumes in several of their vessels. With the help of Rice Lake Weighing and B-Tek Scales, we provided them with some custom load cell modules and specially designed stainless steel floor scales that will allow them to accurately monitor levels of each tank.

What’s the best way to get the longest life out of your truck scale? Installing it indoors is a good start. We had limited room to work with, but with B-Tek’s lo-pro scale we were able to fit the scale and both approaches in between the garage doors.

New truck scale doesn’t always mean new foundation. We custom ordered this B-Tek scale to fit a customers existing foundation. This is the 3rd scale that has used the same foundation.
