Its starting to get a little chilly here in St Louis! We had to bust out the jackets this morning after seeing the first sub 40 temps we have had in a while. Late fall is a great time to clean and inspect your truck scale before the real winter weather hits.

It is always nice when a larger project goes according to plan. One of our great customers needed some help maintaining product volumes in several of their vessels. With the help of Rice Lake Weighing and B-Tek Scales, we provided them with some custom load cell modules and specially designed stainless steel floor scales that will allow them to accurately monitor levels of each tank.

What’s the best way to get the longest life out of your truck scale? Installing it indoors is a good start. We had limited room to work with, but with B-Tek’s lo-pro scale we were able to fit the scale and both approaches in between the garage doors.
