We are looking for a Working Foremen/Carpenter to ensure construction projects are completed in accordance with specifications, safety requirements and set budgets. You must have strong knowledge of building materials and demonstrate an ability to work independently while also meeting tight deadlines. We need someone with a good attitude, good communication skills and excellent work ethic. We are experiencing surges in new projects and need reliable, dependable and skilled carpenters. As a Working Foreman you will oversee surpervising the project and coordinate with subcontractors to make sure everything gets done efficiently, scheduling inspections and interacting with the architects, clients, and project managers. Certain projects will require daily oversight without using tools, but for most projects we require the Foreman to work alongside other Carpenters and tradesman. Experience in rough and finish carpentry needed. UNION POSITION
