We are a HVAC service Contractor with an extensive commercial customer base.

We are looking to hire for two roles:
- Someone who can schedule and dispatch our technicians to customer appointments.
- Someone to handle Accounts Receivable, Collections, Invoicing.

Must be eager to learn and dedicated.
This is a fast pace service industry.

We are located in Overland at Page and Lindbergh.

Responsibilities may include invoicing customers, accounts receivable, collections and customer service follow-up with payment processing through Quickbooks Pro. Typical office duties include answering phones, filing, entering service calls and completing daily logs and reports. Reports to Office manager daily.

Must have QuickBooks Pro experience with accurate weekly reports and good communication skills for the AR position. This is a team effort. We need a qualified communication expert with excellent collection experience.

90 day review with salary increase, health insurance vacation and retirement.

HVAC Journeyman Requirements:

Candidates must possess the following experience: Commercial HVAC or refrigeration service and repair or installation. Ideal candidate will have Hands On Experience with some or all of the following: 5 ton to 100 ton Roof Top Units, split systems, heat pumps, unit heaters, infrared heaters, make up air systems, chillers, boilers, walk in cooler, freezer, warehouse coolers, cold storage freezers reach-ins, ice machines, commercial ventilation systems and kitchen hood systems. Installation experience is always a plus.

Mechanical Journeyman License preferred but not required. If you don't have it you will be required to take the test within the first 90 days of employment. We will help with registration if needed and will train the right candidates. We do have schooling which we will pay for most classes with pay for the entire time you are there. Some factory training may be required on specific equipment paid for by Tristate.

Must have a clean driving record, Drug free, On call availability approx. once every 4-5 weeks, and DEPENDABLE.
