And celebrated a year of hard work done right.

Our team gathered recently at the festively decorated OSP Tap Haus for Bieg’s annual holiday party — good food, great company, door prizes and plenty of laughs.

From celebrating our wins to bonding over a VERY competitive plastic wrap ball game (oven mitts included 😄), it was the perfect way to close out 2025.

Before you head out on your holiday getaway, take 10 minutes to "winterize" your home. 🏠 ❄️ 🎄

While the weather here is looking quite comfortable around Christmas, the forecast turns frigid again by the weekend.

Coming home to a flood or a frozen pipe is a gift nobody wants.

Quick Checklist:

✅ Set the Heat: Keep your thermostat at 55°F or higher.

✅ Check the Sump: Test your sump pump to ensure it’s ready for melting snow or rain.

✅ Open Cabinets: Let that warm air reach the pipes under your sinks!

✅ Shut Off the Main Valve: If you’ll be gone more than a day or two, turn off the main water line to the house.
