Our Reverse Transcriptase was cited in "Plumbagin binds to epidermal growth factor receptor and mitigate the effects of epidermal growth factor micro-environment in PANC-1 cells - PubMed".

Reverse Transcriptase
https://www.gbiosciences.com/Reverse-Transcriptase

Reverse Transcriptase (RT) is a recombinant Moloney Murine Leukemia Virus (MMLV) reverse transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity. This RT is an RNA-directed DNA polymerase which lacks 3´→ 5´ exonuclease activity and can produce full-length cDNA from long RNA templates.

Our CytoScan™ LDH Cytotoxicity Assay was cited in "Role of Mitochondrial Iron Overload in Mediating Cell Death in H9c2 Cells".

CytoScan™ LDH Cytotoxicity Assay
https://www.gbiosciences.com/Bioassays/Cell_Health_Assay/Cell-Toxicity-Proliferation-Assays/CytoScan-LDH-Cytotoxicity-Assay

A reliable colorimetric assay that measures the stable, cytosolic, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) enzyme, which is released from damaged cells and is a biomarker for cellular cytotoxicity and cytolysis. The released LDH is measured with a coupled enzymatic reaction that results in the conversion of a tetrazolium salt (iodonitrotetrazolium (INT)) into a red color formazan by diaphorase.
