This is a deck remodel we did this summer. After removing the deck boards and handrails we found a rotted rim joist. Things went pretty smooth after we replaced it.

I have a client wanting to give away this vanity and toilet for free. Both are in great condition. Location is Fox Park. Pickup only. Vanity is ~ 30” wide, toilet is elongated, standard 12”.

This past week we did some interior framing; closing in 2 doorways and building a closet, and I hired Ritchie Stubbs to do my drywall finishing.

The quality of work that he does is beyond anything I could reproduce. He has been doing this for years and has perfected the art of hiding seams in walls and transitioning old and new construction. I hire him for every job and he always does the best work, including cleanup.
