🌟The Buck O’Neil Memorial Bridge is featured in the October 2026 Issue of Modern Steel Construction Magazine🌟

Civil Design, Inc. was proud to serve on HNTB’s design team. The structural scope of work for CDI included the substructure design and superstructure design for seven bridges including the southbound and northbound bridges over the Missouri River. The CDI team was incorporated into the HNTB design team working closely together to complete the design of steel plate girders, NU girders, substructure units, foundations, deck design and bearing designs. The CDI team also supported the project by completing the load rating of the final bridge designs and shop drawing reviews for many of the bridge substructure and superstructures.

Congratulations to Massman Construction Co., Clarkson Construction Company, HNTB, Missouri Department of Transportation and everyone who brought this project to completion on time and on budget👏

Last week, we celebrated our sixth and final 30th Anniversary Open house in our St. Louis office! It was a great afternoon filled with friends, clients, community partners, team members, and plenty of good food and conversation. 🥳

From where we started 30 years ago to where we are today, we’re proud of the people, partnerships, and projects that have helped us grow along the way.

From great food and good conversations to catching up with longtime friends, clients, and community partners, it was a celebration filled with plenty of smiles, memories, and gratitude. 🥳
