Who knew a lemonade stand could teach so much about project management? 🍋🔨

During our Driving Project Success workshop, members experienced firsthand how poor planning creates wasted time, confusion, and costly project impacts. The session focused on how strong preconstruction planning can improve both project outcomes and company performance.

The St. Louis Chapter represented on Capitol Hill this week at the NECA Legislative Conference 🏛️

Chapter Governor Steven Potts with Primary Systems, Inc and Chuck Wrigley with Kaiser Electric joined other contractors from Missouri & across the country to advocate for the future of the electrical construction industry and the policies impacting our workforce, infrastructure, and business.

These students have been working tirelessly on their ECIC project, putting in the time, collaborating, and pushing themselves beyond the classroom.

What makes this even more impactful is the support from our member contractors. Thank you to those who have welcomed students in, shared your expertise, and given them real-world experience they simply can’t get from a textbook.
