The site at Leo Lux Living in Wildwood, MO is buzzing with activity! We stopped in on inspection day in preparation for drywall. The pace was picking up even more.

Superintendent, TJ Bueneman, took a moment to reflect. “All the subs are doing great,” he reported. “Everyone works through the problem quickly and resolves it.”

Congratulations to our partners at Keeley Properties LLC on the ribbon cutting celebration of Vivienne in Clayton, MO!

This 151- unit luxury development pushed the boundaries of multifamily construction and design, featuring 36 unique unit types and subterranean build all within a single, highly complex building. With Type I, III, and V construction integrated into the same structure, along with high-end finishes including gold leaf and Venetian plaster, Vivienne required careful coordination.
