We work with all carbon steels including HIC tested and HIC resistant, low alloy steels including 1 1/4, 2 1/4, 5 and 9 Chrome including P91, all stainless steels 304, 304L, 3

04H, 316, 316L, 316H, 321, 347,410, 410S, Duplex, Alloys including C276, C22, 600, 625, 800,825, 800HT, 400, alloy 20, Stellite hardfacing, weld overlay and all clad materials. Additional items we fabricate and services provided include: SRU Burners, FCC steam rings, diplegs, cyclone patches, flue gas lines, overhead lines, risers, j-bends, air grids, half soles, nozzle assemblies, clips, weldments, stress relieving, machining, painting, forming, dishing of plates and shell plate rolling.

Today we at Continental, would like to take a moment to acknowledge the loss of someone who was very much a part of our company’s history, Tom Matthes. With over 35 years of experience, he started while Continental Boiler and Sheet Iron Works was still in operation. Though it has been 7 years since his retirement he is still to this day looked at as a grandfather and mentor to the men in our shop. His memory will forever live on in the work that he did and the hearts of those of us who were lucky enough to say we know him.
