A little wet bar. Charcoal cabinets, a marble backsplash, and antique brass fixtures in a small space that works as hard as it looks. It’s perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails at night.

Save this for your own plans, and DM us to start yours.

It’s perfectly fine to ask your husband for a massage room, a sauna, and a glowing salt wall in your basement for Christmas this year. We’ll even say it’s a great idea.

Send this to the person who needs to see it, then reach out when you’re ready to make the wish list real.

Every Markway home is built by a lot of hands. October is Careers in Construction Month, so we’re saying thank you to the people behind every build.

The architects who turn a vision into blueprints. The framing carpenters who build the bones of the house. The plumbers, electricians, and HVAC pros who bring power, water, and comfort to every room. The stone masons who build walls that last for generations. The finish carpenters who fit every cabinet and piece of trim by hand. And the superintendents who keep every trade on schedule and make sure it’s built right.

If you’ve ever thought about a career in the trades, this is your sign. It’s hard work, it’s skilled work, and at the end of it you get to point at something real and say “I built that.”

Thank you to everyone who builds with us. And if you’re ready to build something of your own, send us a message and let’s get started.

The front yard... wait for it. This home has just as much going on in the back, and honestly it might be the better half. Stick around to see the reveal.

Tell that to this kitchen. The natural marble, the brass fixtures, the warmth in the cabinetry, this is proof that white doesn’t mean boring when it’s done right. Follow along for more kitchens that will inspire you!

The question every dining room should be built for. This one was designed for slow dinners, good lighting, and conversations that actually happen at the table instead of on a couch somewhere else. Ready to build a space like this? DM us to get started.

If you’ve been looking for a sign…this is it.

You’ll never have to convince us that cozy has to be small. Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a fireplace that anchors the whole room, this is what happens when big and cozy aren’t opposites. DM us to schedule your consultation.

The ultimate master bath, freestanding tub, walk-in glass shower, and enough natural light to make every morning feel like a reset. This is the kind of space that makes you actually want to get up early. Want a bathroom like this? Send us a message to get on our build calendar.
