Progress continues at Eagle Mountain WTP as the project officially begins taking shape vertically with wall construction now underway across the site.

Our teams continue to make strong progress against an aggressive schedule while maintaining a consistent focus on safety, quality, and ex*****on. Shoutout to the field teams and project partners driving the work forward each day and maintaining momentum as we move into the Texas summer months.

Take a look inside the transformation of Visit Phoenix at CityScape.

Completed on the 20th floor of a downtown Phoenix high-rise, this 25,000 SF tenant improvement included a full demolition and rebuild featuring modular glass storefront systems, custom millwork, accordion walls with structural framing, upgraded HVAC systems, and premium finishes throughout.

Fast-paced ex*****on, complex logistics, and work within an occupied building made this a true coordination-heavy build from start to finish. Proud of the teams and hard work that brought this project to life.

Excited to welcome the 2026 intern class and kick off another great summer across our teams nationwide. Looking forward to a summer of learning, growth, and meaningful work alongside this great group of Keeley’ns!

Summer at Keeley is officially in motion as our 2026 intern class has arrived! We’re excited to welcome 66 interns from 29 universities across the country into the Keeley family this summer. This group is joining teams nationwide across operations, engineering, and business functions, stepping directly into the work that drives our projects forward.

At Keeley, our interns are true members of the team from day one. Learning happens beyond the classroom and into real projects, active jobsites, and day-to-day collaboration with our teams. Over the coming months, they’ll contribute to meaningful work, take on real responsibilities, and gain a front-row seat to the projects shaping our industry and communities.

We’re so excited to see the impact they make this summer. Welcome to Keeley!

Respect on a jobsite isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we live every day in how we show up for each other. It’s built through honesty, trust, and accountability. It shows up when we lead by example, when crews feel comfortable speaking up, and when people look out for the person working beside them.

We believe that safety is a shared responsibility, and respect is what makes that possible in the field. We’re proud of our teams for how they take care of each other every day. That’s what being All In Together looks like.

Safety doesn’t improve by chance, it improves through how we respond in the moment.

Through Behavior-Based Safety (BBS), we focus on what’s happening in the field in real time and use those observations to reinforce safe behaviors, have meaningful conversations, and strengthen how crews work together every day. It’s a shift from reacting to improving in the moment, building consistency in the small decisions that shape bigger outcomes.

How we respond in the field is what builds safer habits over time.

Most incidents don’t come out of nowhere, they start with a moment where something doesn’t look right.

At Keeley, Good Catches highlight when someone recognizes that risk and chooses to act, while Stop Work Authority ensures every person has the responsibility and support to speak up and stop work when something isn’t safe. That consistency builds trust across our jobsites and reinforces a culture where small decisions prevent bigger problems.

We’re proud of our teams for looking out for one another and keeping each other safe, because being All In means more than recognizing the risk, it means doing something about it.

Safety starts long before the work does.

It's built into the routines that happen every day before the first tool is picked up. From pre-task planning and JSAs to daily huddles and stretch & flex, these routines are what help us recognize risk early, stay aware in the field, and keep safety at the center so our crews operate safely.

Safety isn’t something we add on or check off a list; it’s built into how we work.

Since breaking ground at the IKO Roofing site, Keeley'ns have been putting in serious work to bring this project out of the ground.

So far, that’s meant over 4,000 yards of concrete in place, 350+ tons of rebar tied and set, and nearly 28,000 square feet of slab on grade going in. Add in hundreds of anchor bolts, major rock removal, and 2,600 linear feet of piping installed, and you start to see just how much is happening behind the scenes.

Big scope, steady ex*****on, and a team that’s staying after it every day.
